Het succesvolle gratis toegankelijke dance festival City Sounds, dat sinds 2003 bestaat en de afgelopen jaren zo’n 30.000 bezoekers naar de binnenstad van Tilburg trok, zal in 2005 exclusief binnen plaatsvinden.
