Tickets can be purchased easily online through 013.nl and ticketmaster.nl.
In addition, hard copy tickets can be purchased from our Box Office on Monday till Friday from 13.00 till 17.00. Tickets can only be paid with card.

Your Ticket(s)
Where can I find my ticket(s)?
E-tickets can be found in your Ticketmaster account. You can download your purchased tickets by logging into your account on the Ticketmaster website.
Have you forgotten the password of your Ticketmaster account? Then request a new password via the login page on the Ticketmaster website.
Can I buy VIP tickets for a show?
For some shows in 013, the artist offers VIP packages. These vary per show and can be viewed via the show details page. You can find your show on the events page of our website.
Please note: information about the VIP packages will be sent to ticket buyers in the week of the show. Have you purchased a VIP ticket but have not received any information? Please contact us at [email protected]
Can I buy a ticket using a gift certificate?
A number of gift certificates are available that allow you to purchase tickets for 013 events through various channels.
Online
You can use a Ticketmaster giftcard to pay at 013.nl and ticketmaster.nl. This is the only gift certificate that will allow you to buy a ticket online.
Box Office
At the Box Office, we accept the Podium Cadeaukaart, and the 013 Gift Card. The latter can also be purchased at our Box Office from Monday through Friday between 13:00 and 17:00. Our 013 Gift Card can be used to purchase tickets for shows in 013 as well as at the bars within 013.
I am unable to attend the concert, what can I do with my ticket?
Unfortunately, tickets cannot be returned. We advise you to offer the ticket to someone you know. It is possible to safely sell your tickets via Ticketmaster Resale.
Note: for some shows, tickets are ‘named holder only’. It is not possible to pass on or sell these tickets via Ticketswap, as the name on the ticket has to match the ID of the person attending the concert. If the tickets for a show are ‘named holder only’, this will always be stated explicitly on the website of the show and on the ticket itself.
Can my e-ticket be scanned from my mobile phone?
Yes. Put the screen on maximum brightness and zoom in on the barcode. This prevents hold-ups at the door.
My show has been rescheduled or cancelled, what do I do with my ticket(s)?
All ticket holders of a rescheduled or canceled show will receive an email with more information about this show and their ticket(s). Have you not received any information as a ticket holder? Please contact us at [email protected]
