Tickets for a show at 013 can be easily purchased online via 013.nl.
It is also possible to buy tickets at our Boxoffice. The Boxoffice is open Monday to Friday from 1 PM to 5 PM. Please note that only card payments are accepted at the Boxoffice.

Your Ticket(s)
How can I find my tickets in my account?
All tickets purchased through the website after Monday, January 6, 2025, at 12:00 PM can be found in your 013 account. You can access your 013 account through the confirmation email you received after purchasing your tickets.
Note: Tickets bought before January 6, 2025, will not appear in your account. Tickets purchased via Ticketmaster can be found in your Ticketmaster account, and you should have received them in your inbox on the day of purchase.
Do I need to personalize my tickets, and how can I do that?
After purchasing your tickets, you have the option to manage and personalize them. You will receive a confirmation email from Paylogic with a link to your order overview page, where you can follow these steps:
-Click the 'Personalize' button to go to your order environment.
-Select a ticket and click 'Assign tickets.'
-You can claim one ticket for yourself with your personal 013 account. For other tickets in your order, choose 'Send to a friend,' allowing them to claim the ticket with their 013 account.
-If you do not personalize your tickets, you can still access them 24 hours before the program begins.
If you bought your tickets via Paylogic but cannot find the confirmation email, log into your account to find all your orders.
Can I change my tickets?
If you purchased tickets for the wrong show or wish to upgrade your tickets, please contact us by submitting a request via our contact form.
When can I access my tickets?
You can access your tickets 24 hours before the program starts. They will be available in your account, and you will receive a reminder email with a link to your tickets on that day.
It is not necessary to download your tickets as a PDF. Tickets can also be opened as a mobile QR code or added to your Google or Apple Wallet.
I can no longer attend the event. What should I do?
If you cannot attend, you can resell your tickets via 013's official resale platform. This ensures your tickets are sold safely and at a fair price.
To resell your tickets:
-Go to your account or click the buttons in your confirmation email to access your order environment.
-Click 'More actions,' then 'Resale.'
-Select the ticket you want to resell and set your price. You do not need a PDF file for this.
Note: From 24 hours before the program begins, you can open your tickets and choose to download the PDF to sell them on a platform of your choice.
My show has been rescheduled or canceled. What happens to my tickets?
All ticket holders for a rescheduled or canceled show will receive an email with more information about the show and their tickets.
I bought my tickets through Ticketmaster. Will they still work?
All tickets purchased via Ticketmaster have been imported into See Tickets, so you can use your ticket to enter the venue.

Can I buy VIP tickets for a show?
For some shows in 013, the artist offers VIP packages. These vary per show and can be viewed via the show details page. You can find your show on the events page of our website.
Please note: information about the VIP packages will be sent to ticket buyers in the week of the show. Have you purchased a VIP ticket but have not received any information? Please contact us at [email protected]
Can I purchase a ticket with a gift card?
Yes, you can. At the Boxoffice, we accept the Podium Cadeaukaart and the 013 Gift Card. The 013 Gift Card can be purchased Monday to Friday between 1 PM and 5 PM at the Box Office. It can be used to buy tickets and as a payment method at our bars.
Can I have my e-ticket scanned from my phone?
Yes. Please maximize your screen brightness and zoom in on the QR code or barcode to ensure a smoother process at the door.
Can I attend a show in a wheelchair?
Yes. After purchasing a regular ticket for the show you wish to attend, you can reserve a spot on the wheelchair-accessible platform by sending an email to [email protected].

Are there any other specific needs we should consider during your visit to 013?
If space is available, you will receive a reservation confirmation via email—then the excitement can truly begin! If there is room on the platform, one companion may join you on the platform itself. If the platform is full, there will still be an option to sit next to or behind it.
For the best experience, we kindly ask visitors with a reservation (and their companions) to arrive at the VIP entrance of 013 30–45 minutes before the show starts. This entrance is located to the right of the Main Stage’s regular entrance.
