What can I do with a 013 account?
In your account, you can find all tickets purchased after January 6, 2025, at 12:00 PM in one place. You can also update your preferences and details, so you don't need to re-enter them for each order. Additionally, you can personalize tickets, send them to friends, or list them for sale on the 013 resale platform.
When you send tickets to friends, they can find their ticket in their own account and enter 013 independently of you.
How can I find my tickets in my account?
All tickets purchased through the website after Monday, January 6, 2025, at 12:00 PM can be found in your 013 account. You can easily access your 013 account through the confirmation email you received after purchasing your tickets.
Note: Tickets purchased before January 6, 2025, will not appear in your account. Tickets bought via Ticketmaster can be found in your Ticketmaster account, and you should have received them in your inbox on the day of purchase.
I cannot find my orders in my account.
You can only view orders in your account if they were placed after January 6, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
Note: Tickets purchased before January 6, 2025, will not appear in your account. Tickets bought via Ticketmaster can be found in your Ticketmaster account, and you should have received them in your inbox on the day of purchase.
