Visitors info

At 013, we want our music venue to truly be for everyone. As a visitor, you should feel welcome and be able to enjoy a concert, regardless of your needs. We’re happy to help you explore the available options, such as arranging a stool so you can enjoy the show while seated, access to the wheelchair platform, the use of our low-stimulus room ‘Pause,’ or providing the Hidden Disability Sunflower lanyard. You don’t need to purchase a separate ticket for access to the wheelchair platform—a regular concert ticket is sufficient.

Take a look at this page to discover how we can make your visit to 013 as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Facilities

Are there facilities for people in a wheelchair?

In the Main Hall, we have a dedicated platform for visitors who use a wheelchair or other mobility aid. This platform ensures that guests with disabilities have a clear view of the stage. At 013 Poppodium, we strive to make our venue as accessible as possible for everyone, including visitors with limited mobility, wheelchair users, and those who require other assistive devices.

After purchasing a regular ticket for the show you wish to attend, you can reserve a spot on the wheelchair-accessible platform by sending an email to [email protected].

Please include the following information in your email:

Will you be using a standard or specialized wheelchair?

Are there any other specific needs we should consider during your visit to 013?

If space is available, you will receive a reservation confirmation via email—then the excitement can truly begin! If there is room on the platform, one companion may join you on the platform itself. If the platform is full, there will still be an option to sit next to or behind it.

For the best experience, we kindly ask visitors with a reservation (and their companions) to arrive at the VIP entrance of 013 30–45 minutes before the show starts. This entrance is located to the right of the Main Stage’s regular entrance.

Are there facilities for people who have difficulty walking?

We mainly sell standing seats unless otherwise stated, for example at our comedy shows. Are you injured, pregnant, or unable to stand for an extended period of time for any other reason? Please send an e-mail to [email protected]. We will be happy to look into possibilities with you, for example, to arrange a stool for you or to take a seat on the wheelchair platform (only available for concerts in the Main and depending on the availability of stools).

Are there facilities for people with invisible disabilities?

At 013 Poppodium, where stimuli and crowds are a daily feature, the Hidden Disability Sunflower keycord offers a way to make the invisible visible. It allows you to let others know that you may have a neurological, physical, visual or hearing impairment and could possibly use some extra understanding, help or time during your visit to 013.

The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower keycord is recognized and acknowledged within 013 and is available at our Boxoffice.

Do you have a wheelchair-accessible toilet?

Yes, we have a wheelchair-accessible toilet available. To use it, you will need an access pass. During a concert in the main hall (MAIN), you can ask the service employee at the wheelchair-accessible platform for this pass. During a concert in the small hall (NEXT), you can ask an employee at the Box Office for a pass.

Is there a place where I can take a moment to relax during my visit to 013?

At 013, there is a low-stimulus room called ‘Pause’. This space offers a place for anyone who needs a moment to escape the hustle and bustle during a concert or event. ‘Pause’ is located in the basement of our Next stage, but it can be used during events in both the Main and Next. If you would like to make use of the room, you can ask the box office—they will grant you access as long as there is space available. We highly value having a calm, low-stimulus environment. To help maintain the peace in this room, it is monitored by a security camera.

‘Pause’ is a dark room with dimmed lighting, various seating options, and some muffled sound — it is thus not completely stimulus-free. Since the room is located in the basement, it may not be accessible if you have limited mobility. This, however, depends on the specific event, so please check with the box office. We’re happy to look for solutions with you — for example, there are also benches in the hallways where you can sit and take a break.

At the bottom of this page, you'll find a photo that shows where 'Pause' is located and what the room looks like.

How do I switch off the effects on your website?

At the bottom right of the homepage and the program page, there is a 'motion off' button. By clicking on this, you reduce the effects on our website. This stops the video from playing and disables the 'diagonal' scroll effect.
